Preparations are now well underway for the 2027 INMR WORLD CONGRESS, which takes place from Nov. 7 to 10, 2027 at the Algarve Congress Centre in Portugal. As a premier skills-building and technical enrichment event for the power transmission and distribution industry, next year’s Congress will feature over 150 practical lectures by world renowned experts.
The venue is the marvelous Algarve Congress Centre in Marina Vilamoura (Algarve), Portugal. There is a major international airport in Faro, located only 30 minutes by taxi from the venue and bus shuttles will also be offered from Lisbon International Airport (approx. 2 hours).
The comprehensive Conference Program will be divided into 9 Sessions, with themes designed to address key engineering and operational challenges as well as the technological advancements that are shaping today’s power grids.
Core Technical Focus
The conference Sessions will bring together utilities, equipment manufacturers, test laboratories, research institutes and universities. The topics presented will be highly practical, with emphasis on field experience, case studies and demonstrated solutions.
