Thank you for being an important part of this event.

Below are the applicable details and deadlines regarding submission of your Paper and also the Powerpoint Presentation
you will give at this event.

1. Deadline for us to Receive Your Paper in Electronic Format (ideally as a Word file)

The final deadline for us to receive your finished Paper is March 31.

2. Deadline for us to Receive Your Powerpoint Slide Presentation

Apart from your Paper, we expect that you will also prepare a Powerpoint style presentation which you will use to
support the oral presentation of your Paper during the conference.

In order to allow us to also include this presentation on the the Congress Proceedings DVD, we kindly request that you
email a copy of this Slide Presentation to the above email addresses before April 15 latest.

3. Style and Length of your Paper

Below, we would like to remind you of some general guidelines regarding your Paper:

• Your Paper should be in English.

• Our policy is to allow you to select the layout of your Paper in terms of number of columns per page, font style
   and size. 

• Because the Conference PROCEEDINGS will be produced in electronic form on a DVD, the matter of number of pages
   or margin settings is left to your choice. Again, this gives you maximum flexibility to design the style and layout of your
   Paper.
